Online Marketing Assistant

Wisecredit is an online Fintech Start-up operating in Europe.

We are currently seeking for a highly motivated and creative marketing assistant to join our Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

• You will support the planning, development and delivery of effective marketing initiatives through a range of media channels to drive retention, brand awareness, customer acquisition and increase revenue and profitability.
• You will analyze all your marketing activities, draw conclusions and implement on future initiatives while reporting to the CMO.
• You will optimize online and operational processes by analyzing user behavior, raw data, customer service feedback and conducting A/B tests.

Requirements:

• You have successfully completed your studies in the area of marketing, communications, business administration or a related field.
• You have at least basic Excel skills and solid analytical capabilities.
• You are able to prioritize a busy workload to achieve business objectives.
• Good team player but also a self-starter who likes to take on responsibility.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
